Hurtling towards the rocky coast, the waves crash against the boulders, sending sea salt and spray into the warm air. If you're lucky enough, the combination is just perfect that you will be able to witness a quick glimmer of a rainbow stretch itself out across the whitewash as the waves recede back out to the sea, only to return moments later.
The part that impresses me the most about the quintessential Sydney walk that is Bondi to Coogee, which I did the other way around, are the dramatic cliff drops and the sound and site of the waves as they roll in from the sea and throw themselves against the rock face in a spectacular display.
And as if that wasn't impressive enough, the colours of the water; ranging from a dreamy turquoise to a deep pacific blue will. Don't be surprised if find yourself at awe as you breathe in the beauty and serenity along the Bondi to Coogee walk.
